Tops and The Rochester St. Patrick's Day Parade wishes to extend its condolences to the family of Regis Mooney, "St. Patrick" as Regis received his eternal reward on Wednesday, December 7, 2011. Regis was our Patron Saint for many years, served on the parade board, was a member of the O'Rorke Bridge Committee and a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Division 7, Monroe County, Rochester, NY.
